I’m Ashkan. I help experts and business owners turn what they know into a brand people trust — and I’m doing the same work on my own, in public, at the same time.
Most people who sell personal branding will tell you they cracked it years ago. I’d rather tell you the truth: I’m in the middle of it.
What I do know is that being good at something and being known for it are two completely different projects. I’ve watched capable people lose work to louder, weaker competitors — not because the market got it wrong, but because nobody made it easy to understand what they were looking at.
Most people build the first and assume the second follows. It doesn’t — it has to be built on purpose, and the building is a system, not a personality trait.
Volume without a position just makes you forgettable faster. If people can’t repeat what you do in one sentence, more content won’t fix it.

It’s the most expensive way to avoid deciding what you stand for. If positioning isn’t settled, a redesign will look better and work the same.
02
Follower counts and revenue projections aren’t in anyone’s control. Clarity, consistency and proof are.
03
A strategy that only works while you’re paying for it isn’t a strategy — it’s a dependency.

Rather than a list of credentials — rebuilding this site using the same five-part method I’d run on a client, publicly, mistakes included. Testing what earns attention versus what just performs. And turning a diagnostic I run manually into something anyone can use in ten minutes.
No fabricated testimonials, logos, percentages or results will appear on this site. This section fills up as real material becomes available.
Ten minutes, five categories, and one honest answer about what to fix first.
