How to work with me

Buy the right thing. Not the biggest thing.

Every engagement starts by finding out what is actually holding you back — so the money goes where the problem is. You will always know what something costs, and what it covers, before you decide anything.

Which one is right for you?

Find the sentence that sounds like your situation. If none of them do, tell me and I will point you to the right one — including when the answer is none of these yet.

The 10-Minute Authority Audit

Free, self-guided, no call. Score yourself across positioning, profile, content, proof and conversion path, and get a seven-day starting plan. This is where most people should begin.

Step 1

Personalized Authority Review

$149

I look at what you have actually built and tell you what is costing you the most right now — before you spend anything bigger.

See the detail
Best for
You want a real person to look at your actual presence and name the highest-priority problem, rather than guessing or scoring yourself.
What you get
  • A 10–15 minute recorded walkthrough of your real profile and website
  • A concise, prioritized written action plan
  • The highest-priority problems across positioning, profile, content, proof and conversion path
Timeline
Estimated 3 business days. The clock starts once payment is complete and I have everything I need from you.
What I need from you
One primary social profile and one website. Anything specific you want me to look at. Additional profiles or platforms sit outside the standard scope and are quoted separately.
Investment
$149. Credited toward your next qualifying engagement if you book within 7 days.
Next step
Request the Review → No call required. This is diagnosis and prioritization — not implementation.

Step 2

Authority Launch Sprint

$850–1,250

Positioning, message, content direction and a plan to act on — fixed together as one system rather than four separate problems.

See the detail
Best for
You know how you come across is unclear, and you want the whole thing resolved at once: what you stand for, who it is for, what you say, and where it leads.
What you get
One organized strategy package covering:

  • Positioning statement and core message
  • Target audience clarity
  • Offer and message alignment
  • Profile and online-presence recommendations
  • Content pillars
  • Example content directions and prompts
  • Proof and authority recommendations
  • Conversion path and CTA recommendations
  • A prioritized 30-day action plan

Delivered as one polished strategy document, plus a walkthrough session or recorded walkthrough. Two rounds of revisions included.

Timeline
Estimated 2 weeks. The clock starts once payment is complete and I have everything I need from you.
What I need from you
Access to your current profiles and site, anything you have already written about your business, and roughly an hour for a walkthrough conversation.
Investment
$850–$1,250. Where you land depends on the complexity of your existing brand, the number of platforms being aligned, and how much existing material needs reviewing or untangling. Exact scope and price are confirmed in writing before any payment.
Next step
Start the conversation → Strategy and direction. Not ongoing posting.

Step 3

Website Authority Package

$2,600–3,000+

A site built as the centre of your brand rather than a brochure about it — on hosting and a domain that stay in your name throughout.

See the detail
Best for
Your website does not reflect what you actually do, or there is not one yet, and you want the centre of your presence rebuilt properly.
What you get
  • A standard small authority website. Starting scope covers up to five core pages — typically Home, About, Work With Me, Blog and Contact, though the exact five vary by what you need
  • Website messaging and copy support within the agreed page scope
  • Built on your own hosting and domain, in your name from day one
  • Admin access and hand-off documentation at final payment
  • 30 days of limited post-launch support for bugs, questions and issues relating to the delivered scope

Two consolidated rounds of revisions included.

Timeline
Estimated 3–4 weeks. The clock starts once payment is complete and I have everything I need from you.
What I need from you
Hosting and a domain in your name, brand assets and photographs, any existing content you want carried over, and timely feedback at the two review rounds.
Investment
$2,600–$3,000+. $2,600 is the starting scope for a standard small authority website. Landing pages, sales pages, e-commerce, memberships, booking systems, larger resource libraries, advanced integrations or additional pages increase scope and are quoted individually.

Step 4

Monthly Growth Support

$600–1,200+ / mo

For when the foundation is already in place and the work has become improvement rather than construction.

See the detail
Best for
Positioning and presence are sorted, and you want help keeping the work moving month to month instead of letting it stall.
What you get
Ongoing execution and growth support. The monthly deliverable set is agreed with you before we start rather than sold as a fixed package — what actually moves the needle differs too much from person to person to publish a list honestly. Revision limits are defined by that agreed monthly scope.
Timeline
Monthly cadence. Deliverables agreed at the start of each cycle.
What I need from you
An agreed scope for the month, and delegated access through scheduling tools where posting is involved. Never your passwords.
Investment
$600–$1,200+ per month, monthly in advance. No long-term lock-in.

04 /
How I work

I will not sell you the biggest thing first.

Most of what gets sold as a rebrand is a repair job on one part of a system. Which part matters far more than how much you spend on it — so I find out where the problem actually sits first, then recommend the level of help that fits it. Often that is less than people expect to need.

And if the honest answer is that you are too early for paid work, I will say so. You will not be sold something to fill a gap that is not there yet.

05 /
Process

Three steps, before you commit to anything.

01 — You tell me where you are stuck

In writing, in your own words — or on a call, if you would rather talk it through.

02 — I look properly

At your actual profile, site and content — not at a form you filled in about them.

03 — You get the honest read

Which option fits, what it will cost, and how long it will take. In writing, before you pay anything.

06 /
Questions

Before you ask.

The things people actually want to know before spending money with someone they have not met.

What is the difference between the free audit and the $149 Review?
The free audit is you scoring yourself against the framework. The Review is me looking at what you have actually built — your real profile and website — and telling you what I find, including the thing you cannot see because you are inside it. You get a 10–15 minute recorded walkthrough and a prioritized written action plan.
How long does each one take?
Estimated: Review 3 business days · Launch Sprint 2 weeks · Website Package 3–4 weeks · Growth Support monthly cadence.

These are estimates, not guarantees. The clock starts once payment is complete and all the materials and access I need have arrived. Timelines can shift if scope changes or if material arrives late — I will tell you if that happens rather than quietly missing a date.

Why are the prices ranges instead of fixed?
Because the work genuinely varies, and I would rather show you a range than hide the number until you are on a call.

For the Launch Sprint, where you land depends on the complexity of your existing brand, how many platforms are being aligned, and how much existing material needs untangling.

For the Website Package, $2,600 is the starting scope for a standard small authority website. Larger builds are quoted individually.

The exact figure is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. You will never discover the price mid-project.

Does $2,600 include e-commerce or a booking system?
No. E-commerce, memberships, booking systems, advanced integrations, landing pages, sales pages and larger resource libraries all sit above the starting scope and are quoted individually. I would rather say that plainly here than have you find out after we start.
How do I pay?
  • Review — in full up front
  • Launch Sprint — 50% to begin, 50% before final delivery
  • Website Package — 50% to begin, 50% before launch and hand-off
  • Growth Support — monthly in advance

Invoiced through Stripe or another standard professional invoicing method.

How many revisions do I get?
Launch Sprint — two rounds on the strategy document.
Website Package — two consolidated rounds.
Growth Support — defined by the agreed monthly scope.
Authority Review — not revisions, but you can ask clarifying questions about anything in it.

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and approved by you before it starts.

Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do.

  • Your domain is yours, in your name.
  • Your hosting account is yours and stays in your name throughout — I build inside it, I never own it.
  • The completed website is yours after final payment, with full admin access and hand-off documentation.
  • No intentional lock-in. Nothing I build requires paying me to keep it running.
  • Any third-party licences and their renewal dates are disclosed to you at hand-off.
  • You can maintain the site yourself or hire anyone else to.
Do you write and post my content for me?
It depends which thing you buy, and I want this clear before you spend anything.

  • Review — diagnosis and recommendations only.
  • Launch Sprint — positioning, messaging, content pillars, example directions and an action plan. Not ongoing posting.
  • Website Package — website messaging and copy support within the agreed page scope. Large-scale copywriting, extensive research or product catalogues increase scope.
  • Growth Support — this is where ongoing execution can live, against a scope agreed with you.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No, and I will not accept it. Where posting is part of an agreed scope, it happens through delegated access or a scheduling tool. Your accounts stay yours.
What happens after my website launches?
You get 30 days of limited post-launch support for bugs, questions and issues relating to what was delivered. That does not cover new pages, redesigns, new features or ongoing maintenance — those are separate. After that you can maintain it yourself, hire someone, or talk to me about ongoing support. There is no obligation either way.
What if I am early, and none of this is right for me yet?
Then I will tell you. That is a real answer, not a softener — there is a point before which paying for positioning work is premature, and selling it to you anyway would cost us both more than it earns. Start with the free audit and come back when it makes sense.
What do I do first if I am not sure?
Take the free Authority Audit. It costs nothing, takes ten minutes, and tells you which of the five areas is actually weakest. If you want a second opinion on what you find, the $149 Review is the next step.
